Charter fee includes: Hire and insurance of the yacht with all its equipment. Crew. Homeport berth.

Charter fee does not include: X Fuel expenses.  X Berth fees outside homeport.  X Food and beverages.

A.P.A (Advanced Provisioning Allowance): The Charterer will be charged for all expenses corresponding to fuel, berthing costs outside homeport, food and beverages and any other particular services that you may request. With the purpose of covering these costs, we will require an advanced provisioning allowance (A.P.A) which is 15% – 30% of the charter fee. At the end of the charter, and during if requested, the captain will produce full accounts of all expenditure either with a refund of monies not spent or a request for payment if the APA was exceeded.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required in some cases for crewed charters, this deposit covers any damage attributable to negligence, minor accidents or misuse.

Delivery fees: Delivery and redelivery fees may be applied to charters that require the yacht to start or finish a charter away from its homeport.

Payment: 1st instalment: 50% of the Charter fee is payable on signing the contract. 2nd instalment: 50% of the Charter fee + APA (if required) + Delivery/ Redelivery fees (if required), + Security deposit (if required) prior to charter embarcation.

Taxes: The Charter fee will be subjected to taxes depending on the cruising area, in Spain this is 21%.

Crew tips: If you feel that the crew has been excellent , it is customary to offer a gratuity of 5% – 10% of the charter fee.

Discounts: 2 consecutive weeks  5% of the charter fee. 3 consecutive weeks 10%. 4 consecutive weeks, 15%.  Repeater, 5% of the charter fee.
